This Security may be retained by the Owner until the Contract for the Project has been fully executed. The Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to comply with all applicable Federal and State labor regulations including Equal Employment Opportunity, Non-segregated Facilities, Minimum Wage Rates and Affirmative Action requirements. The City of Grain Valley hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this Advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit Bids without discrimination, regardless of race, color, or national origin in consideration for any award.
