City of Delta requests proposals from qualified firms to design and construct a bike park as outlined herein and in accordance with an already-developed concept design. Question Deadline 01/19/2026 Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email Contact person: Shawn Sheehy, Manager, Procurement Email: purchasing@delta.ca The scope of work includes the provision of the full and complete design and all materials and performance of all work necessary and appropriate for the construction of an asphalt pump track and a dirt jump track at Kensington Park North, 6467 Holly Park Drive, Delta. The budget for the project is CDN $500,000, including all fees and expenses required to design and construct the bike park. Designs for the bike park are not required as part of the proposal submission; instead, through this Request for Proposal, the City is inviting bidders to demonstrate their design and construction expertise, propose a work plan, and confirm ability to construct the new bike park within the project budget.
