The Peninsula Airport Commission, in compliance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA) and Federal Grant Assurances, is soliciting sealed bids for the reconstruction of the roof of the airport terminal at Newport News Williamsburg International Airport. The project includes removing the existing passenger boarding bridge, making necessary structural repairs, and installing a new passenger boarding bridge at Gate B1. Question Deadline 04/22/2025 A Bidder who discovers discrepancies or omissions with the project bid documents shall immediately notify the Owner's Engineer of the matter. A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owner's Engineer a written request for interpretation no later than 7 days prior to bid opening. Any interpretation of the project bid documents by the Owner's Engineer will be by written addendum issued by the Owner. The bidder/offeror is committed to a minimum of 12.2% DBE utilization on this contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
