Temporary Football Bleachers & Hospitality Deck, IFB 242-25-00073, Christopher Newport University, 22030 The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract with one qualified source, licensed by the State of Virginia, to furnish, deliver and install a temporary football bleacher and Hospitality Deck at the beginning of football season, and removal at the end of the football season at the TowneBank Football Stadium on the campus of Christopher Newport University, an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with the option to renew for six (6) successive one (1) year periods. Question Deadline 04/15/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All Inquiries for Information Should Be Directed to: Denise Patesel, CUPO, VCO, VCA via email at denise.patesel@cnu.edu. Inquiries must be received. An award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Evaluation will be based on net prices. Unit prices, extensions and grand total must be shown. In case of arithmetic errors, the unit price will govern. If cash discount for prompt payment is offered, it must be clearly shown in the space provided. Discounts for prompt payment will not be considered in making awards. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award.
