Install via pipe bursting, approximately 5,048 lft of 12" diameter HDPE water main to replace existing eight (8") inch diameter water main. Install via horizontal directional drilling, approximately 600 lft of 12" diameter HDPE water main to replace existing eight (8") inch water mains. Install via pipe bursting, approximately 7,910 lft of 8" diameter HDPE water main to replace the existing six (6") inch water mains. This project will include the installation of 26 new hydrants, 36 gate valve & wells, 3 gate valve & boxes, and the replacement and reconnection of 168 water service lines, curb valves and stop boxes. The project shall include all pavement restoration, lawn restoration, landscape replacement, traffic control, soil erosion control and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the work as indicated on the Plans and Specifications. Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to Township of Bloomfield in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid.
