Scope of Work o The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to install adequate irrigation system for the newly landscaped areas at the Doyle Thomas splashpad. o The irrigation controller shall be Hunter ICC2 series. o See attached drawings for landscape plan and controller location The undersigned, as Bidder, hereby declares that they are the only person or persons interested in this proposal as principal or principals; that this proposal is made without connection with any other person, company, or parties making a bid or proposal; and that it is in all respects fair and in good faith without collusion or fraud. The Bidder further declares that they have examined the site(s) of the work and informed themselves fully in regard to all conditions pertaining to the places where the work is to be done; that they have examined the specifications for the work and contractual documents relative thereto; and have read all special provisions furnished prior to the bid opening; and that they have satisfied themselves relative to the work to be performed and materials and equipment to be furnished. The Bidder proposes and agrees, if this proposal is accepted, to contract with the City of Danville, Virginia in the form of contract specified, to furnish all necessary equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, means of transportation, materials, and labor necessary to perform in full and complete the requirements of the specifications and contract documents, to the full and entire satisfaction of the City of Danville, Virginia with definite understanding that no money will be allowed for extra work except as set forth in the attached General Conditions and Contract Documents for the unit and/or lump sum prices set opposite the several items that follow:
