Base Bid A: Complete interior remodel of (7) single-family apartments at IL14-4/7 Centennial Courts, LaSalle, IL, including General, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical work. 2. Base Bid B: Flooring Replacement at IL14-12/15 Hughett Towers, LaSalle, IL, and 14-26 Ravlin Congregate, Ottawa, IL; including all General work. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount proposed, in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond, must accompany bids. Selected Bidder will be required to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor & Material Payment Bond covering the full performance of the Contract. Cost of bonds shall be included in the base bid amount. Housing Authority For LaSalle County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the bidding, and to award contract in their best interests. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of Ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of the bid without the consent of the Housing Authority for LaSalle County.
