Completion Date: June 13, 2025 Description: The base bid for this contract includes the completion of resetting the existing UNILOCK pavers on North Street except for the 3 (three) crosswalks (Piano Keys). This includes the removal, cleaning of the existing pavers, leveling the aggregate bedding course, (CA 15), resetting the existing pavers, replacement of broken pavers (Village will provide the replacement pavers), power washing the pavers once set, and installation of the jointing stone, CA 15 and traffic control. The Alternate bid for this contract includes the completion of installation of new UNILOCK pavers on North Street except for the 3 (three) crosswalks (Piano Keys). This includes the removal, gentle cleaning of the existing pavers and stacking them on pallets for the Village to stored, leveling the aggregate bedding course, (CA 15), installation of new pavers supplied by the contractor, and the installation of the jointing stone, CA 15 and traffic control.
