Contract Award Pending Board Meeting on 04/29/2025 The Work at the existing Main Office consists of the abatement of all ACM's throughout the existing space, the demolition of the ceilings, walls, and mechanical and electrical components. The renovations shall include the reconfiguration of the Main Office,(approximately 2,100 s.f.) with new metal stud/GWB partitions, masonry wall infills, new gypsum board furring on existing walls throughout, new flooring, ceilings, new HVAC & Electrical systems, a new security vestibule with a pass-thru transaction window, new interior & exterior storefront systems and a new Main entrance canopy. Refer to the Construction Drawings and Specifications for the complete scope of work. The On Site Construction period for this phase is to start upon Contract award and continue until Substantial Completion which is August 22, 2025. Question Deadline 04/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET The Work will be constructed under one lump sum prime contract. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check or Bid Bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents, with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner, in an amoun of 10% of the Base Bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, namingas payee or obligee, as applicable, Cherry Hill Board of Education, to be retained and applied by the undersigned as provided in the Contract Documents in case the successful Bidder defaults in executing the Agreement or furnishing the bonds and insurancc certificates as required by the Contract Documents.
