Removal of existing basketball amenities, as indicated Removal of existing concrete pads & picnic tables, as indicated on the plans Removal of existing split rail fence and chain-link fence, as indicated on the plans Installation of Snapsport Revolution Athletic Surface basketball courts, as indicated on the plans Installation of concrete sidewalk, 4" Thick & picnic tables, as indicated on the plans Installation of new vinyl fence, 4' high & vinyl fence, 6' high, as indicated on the plans Trimming & Removal of tress & vegetation, as indicated on plans The project is being funded in whole, or in part, with Community Development Block Group (CDBG) grant funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 (Rejection of Bids) and to waive such minor informalities as may be permitted by law. No interpretations of the meaning of the drawings, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing via email, addressed to the Purchasing Agent and Deputy Purchasing Agent (APlodizyn@chnj.gov and CPaxinos@chnj.gov)
