The City of North Canton is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in the purchase and development of one or more of four property parcels with a combined area of 21.2 acres owned by the City and its North Canton Community Improvement Corporation (CIC): Stark County Parcels No. 9209052 (Orion St. NW); 10017004 (Stratavon Dr. NW); 9209050 (401 Stratavon Dr. NW); and 10002818 (Stratavon Dr. NW) in North Canton, Ohio. The City is open to both commercial and residential development consistent with the City's 2023 Master Plan and current zoning, which allows for a variety of multi-unit residential, office, retail, and commercial land uses. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to: Jason Segedy Economic Development Specialist jsegedy@northcantonohio.gov The City reserves the right to modify, waive, or vary terms of the RFP at any time, including but not limited to submission deadlines and proposal requirements. The City reserves the right to cancel at any time for any reason this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City shall have no liability to any responding firm arising out of such cancellation or rejection As of May 5, 2026, a timeline to select a design firm, construction manager, and general contractor has not been released. Further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
