The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is soliciting bids for the Lombardy Fuel Reduction project which consists of precommercial thinning and slash piling on 140 acres in Section 27, T10N, R4W. Bidders having questions or requiring clarification or interpretation of any section within this IFB must address the question in writing utilizing the Q & A board within eMACS. Questions received after the deadline listed within eMACS may not be considered. From the date this INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) is issued until an offeror is selected and announced by the procurement officer, offerors shall not communicate with any state staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of Contracting Officer, the procurement officer in charge of the solicitation.
