To provide inspection, evaluations, repairs, maintenance, installation services for fencing, handrails, and guardrails for the various City and County of Honolulu facilities. All offers shall include all applicable materials, labor, equipment, bonding, fees, and taxes. These services are non-mandatory for City agencies and to be utilized on an as-needed basis. The City's Officer-In-Charge (O-I-C) shall be determined prior to the issuance of the Delivery Order (DO). Under this contract, all awarded Contractors shall provide an itemized fixed price quotation based on their labor rates and material prices, which is inclusive of shipping freight and taxes. Any request for quotation shall be at no additional cost to the City. The City shall contact all awarded Contractors to request an itemized fixed price quote for requirements designated by the City. The City shall issue a Delivery Order (DO) to the Contractor with the lowest price that meets the requirements of the specifications and supplemental scope of work. The Contractor shall furnish qualified labor, equipment supplies, materials and appurtenances, whether actual or implied, to perform the services to the satisfaction of the City.
