Solid Waste - Noxious Weed Building Addition and Concrete The work generally consists of concrete pads and constructing an addition to the current building at 1664190th St., Hiawatha, KS. Brown County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids Truck bay in new addition will have water repelling finish up to eight feet or higher All concrete floors in new addition to be polished and sealed Floor above oUices for storage Spray foam insulation in exterior walls in new addition Floor drain in new truck bay will have a sump and drain to open near septic tank Drywall all walls and ceilings in new addition except truck baywalls. Fill in existing septic tank Install new septic tank Parking pad 10' x 50' x 8" w/ rebar north of tipping building Concrete tipping floor extension 15' from fence to fence (approx. 60') 8" thick w/ rebar - pinned into existing tipping floor, must be done in two halves so one side is always usable for trucks and tractors Move power pole south side existing building Floor of new addition is to be 4" above highest grade around the new addition (step in 2 doorways)
