The Borough of Wenonah reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt and further reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, as permitted by law. The Borough of Wenonah also reserves the right to waive any Bid defect where such defect is not detrimental to the best interest of The Borough of Wenonah and fairness of the bidding process. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Contract Documents. The Award of Contract shall be made subject to the necessary monies to perform the work being provided by The Borough of Wenonah in a lawful manner. The Contract to be executed by the successful bidder will provide that it shall not become effective until the necessary monies to perform the work have been provided by The Borough of Wenonah in a lawful manner. The Award shall further be subject to the securing of the necessary State, Federal, and Local Permits governing the work.
