Separate sealed bids are sought for O'PLAINE PARKBASE BALL INFIELD REHAB 2025, for Gurnee Park District. Work to include but not be limited to removal of grasslips, weeds and unwanted surface materials, layout ofmulti plebasepathdimen sions,instal la tionofbaseanchors and home plates, rebuild ing pitch ing mounds,instal la tion of infield mix and field condi tioner, finishgrad ing of infields, site restora tion and all appurtenant construction necessary to complete the project. Gurnee Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and bidders and waive all tech ni cal i ties. All proposals submit ted will be valid for a period of sixty (60) days. Gurnee Park District reserves the right to award all or any portion of these bids. Bid Bond - An amount equal to 10% of the bid price inthe form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to Gurnee Park District shall be submitted with each bid; personal checks will not be accepted.Perfor mance Bond and Labor and Mate r ial Bond - The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Mate r ial Payment Bond for 100% of the awarded contract price withinten (10) days of notification of the contract award. Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope,addressed to the Director of Parks and Planning,Gurnee Park District, 4374 Old Grand Ave., Gurnee IL 60031 and identified "O'PLAINE PARK BASE BALLINFIELD REHAB 2025".
