The project includes but is not limited to furnishing equipment, material, placement of material and incidental work required for a new taxiway connector and two run-up pads, including all appurtenances and incidentals such as but not limited to, excavation, lighting, cables, pavement markings, signage, fencing and relocations. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract.
