**As of June 09, 2025, the project was awarded to The Allen Company Inc., but the awarded amount is not available.** All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Dwight Clayton at Dwight.Clayton@stvinc.com or in writing to American Engineers, Inc. at 2500 Nelson Miller Parkway, Louisville, KY 40223. The project includes but is not limited to furnishing equipment, material, placement of material and incidental work required for a new taxiway connector and two run-up pads, including all appurtenances and incidentals such as but not limited to, excavation, lighting, cables, pavement markings, signage, fencing and relocations. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract. All questions related to the contract documents shall be directed to Dwight Clayton, PE at American Engineers, Inc. at dwight.clayton@stvinc.com. The Central Kentucky Regional Airport Board will evaluate all submitted bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
