Renovation of a medical facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,261-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
The project is a tenant fit-out of 13,261 s.f. in an existing one-story building in Richmond, KY. The scope of the work includes Clinic Exam Rooms, X-Ray Imaging, CT Scan Imaging, Mammography, Physical Therapy, Retail Pharmacy, and Mobile MRI Unit. Responses to Written Questions received no later than 04/09/2025 at 1:00 PM will be provided in an addendum issued on or about 04/10/2025. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder as a condition of the contract. Contractor shall reach Substantial Completion on or before 10/17/2025 The University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
