Site work for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
**As of April 29, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This invitation is for the upgrade of our cross country course as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the project outlined in the event and attachments including all items indicated throughout the event. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Engineers Estimate: $300,000.00 Substantial Date for Completion: 60 days from stated start date on purchase order Final Date for Completion: 75 days from stated start date on purchase order Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Questions Due By: 2/27/2025 no later than 2:00PM EST - Submit via the Q&A Board within this solicitation event.
