Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** As of February 13, 2025, project was awarded to Adkins Excavating, awarded amount is $ 131, 100 ** For Phase 1, which includes crossing under both I-75 and Igo roads with a 12.75 steel casing pipe. No carrier pipe will be installed in these casing pipes. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Sod shall be placed on all slopes steeper than 3:1 except for dam embankment slopes. All other surfaces including dam embankment slopes shall be fertilized and seeded as specified hereinafter, except for those surfaces to be paved or rip-rapped. Fertilizing and seeding shall be performed on all disturbed areas within the limits of work of this contract which are not specified to be sodded and are not occupied by structures, road, concrete slab walls, etc. or within the impoundment area.
