The Richmond Industrial Development Corporation (RIDC) is seeking an interested firm/persons to complete environmental site assessment services. The services pertain to studies/reports on a particular parcel ofland that is being considered for development potential. The parcel ofland consists of approximately 189 acres that is presently undeveloped with a mixed ground cover of grass and trees. Firms/Persons responding to this invitation must be capable ofsolely completing and/or coordinating and supervising the completion of various studies/reports according to established industry standards and as consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Minimum requirements for qualified firms/persons include previous experience with similar projects involving professionally certified studies/reports. A Statement of Qualifications is required with each bid submittal. The RIDC reserves the right to reject any and all bids from firms/persons when relevant experience cannot be satisfactorily exhibited and/or determined. The bid award will be made on the basis ofthe lowest evaluated bid total price. The RIDC reserves the right to reject any and all bid submittals not meeting this advertisement and requirements as stated within the informational packet. The RIDC also reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bids (IFB) at any time in the event that project funding approval is not obtained or for other reasons.
