Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work - This bid should include the cost of all hardware, installation, project management and other related costs as outlined in the RFP. The specifications listed below are intended to provide a very basic framework for what is needed as part of this project. 6 New HD Cameras with Pan/Tilt/Zoom -Cameras shall be IP Based and POE with only one CAT6 connection required per camera with PTZ Controller. Remove all trash and debris from the work site. Purchase and install Fiscal Court bench monitors, sizing and mounting per design. These monitors will be used to display presentations and the agenda from any input on the system and will be controlled by the IT DMARC. Sources should include any available in the system An anticipated award date of December 19, 2024. All questions or site visits regarding this RFP shall be directed via e-mail to Chris Iseral at chris.iseral@madisoncountyky.gov and site visits and questions must be completed no later than 2:00 PM Eastern on December 13, 2024.
