The City of Richmond is requesting system proposals with pricing for security cameras system and install for Armory Park. The system must inclued the below features list and requirements, Exacq or equivalent system Any questions regarding the proposal should be directed to Jonthan Poynter IT Coordinator jpoynter@richmond.ky.us Expected System Features and Requirements: Licensing o Perpetual licensing (not subscription based) o Preferred bulk licensing o Preferred per camera licensing (not per user) IP Cameras o IP based o 5-8MP sensor o ONVIF Protocol required o Dome and Bullet form factors o IR Illumination o Motion Detection o Indoor and outdoor rated o POE powered o Onboard storage (loss of communication with NVR) Network Video Recorder (NVR) o Ability to add cameras of different brands o Storage to hold a minimum of 30 days (60 days preferred) of footage for all 32 cameras o Web based live view and playback (no plugin required) o Web based playback export (no plugin required) o Hot-Swapable storage drives
