Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Coolidge, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Coolidge will accept competitive sealed proposals for the purchase and development of approximately 5.8 acres of City owned property located at the southeast corner of Skousen Road and Coolidge Avenue. Proposals shall be delivered to the location listed below and shall be in the actual possession of the City on or prior to the exact date and time indicated below. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package with "RFP No. 25-03-24 Purchase and Development of 5.8 Acres - Coolidge" and the Bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the front of the package. The City envisions development that complements the Regional Park's design and serves the growing community's needs. Proposals should reflect innovative and compatible land use, ensuring long-term benefits for the City and its residents. Any question related to the RFP shall be directed in writing via regular mail or fax no later than the mandatory bidders meeting on December 22st,2025__ at _2:00 pm
