Renovation of a water / sewer project in Coolidge, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Coolidge is seeking competitive sealed bids for the following improvements: Replacement of the control panel at the 3A Lagoon Lift Station; upgrade of PLCs and HMIs at the Main Plant and Val Vista Lift Station; and the installation of a communication link between the 1A and 2A Lift Stations. The City of Coolidge reserves the right to accept the lowest proposal; consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; or to waive irregularities or information within any proposal. Proposals received after the specified time of opening will be returned unopened. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 Any question related to the Request for Bid shall be directed in writing or via email no later than three (3) days prior to the Bid opening date. Questions submitted online, after that period may not be answered due to time constraints. Offerors must submit Bids to the City by 2:00 pm on September 22nd, 2025 by email or hand delivery. Late Bids will not be accepted. The City of Coolidge will accept competitive sealed bids for the following improvements: Replacement of the control panel at the 3A Lagoon Lift Station; upgrade of PLCs and HMIs at the Main Plant and Val Vista Lift Station; and the installation of a communication link between the 1A and 2A Lift Stations. The objective of this project is to establish online connectivity between all locations and the existing SCADA system utilized at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (currently Stidelinx).
