The City of Coolidge Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids for resurfacing basketball courts and replacing swing sets in city parks. The City of Coolidge reserves the right to accept the lowest proposal; consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; or to waive irregularities or information in any proposal. Proposals received after the specified time of opening will be returned unopened. Question Deadline 12/19/2025 Any question related to the Request for Proposal shall be directed in writing or via e-mail no later than three (3) days prior to the proposal opening date, to Contact: Ricky LaPaglia, Community Services Director E-Mail: rlapaglia@coolidgeaz.com Notwithstanding any other provision of this Request for Proposal, the City expressly reserves the right to: a. Waive any immaterial defect or informality: or b. Reject any or all proposals, or portions thereof, or c. Reissue a Request For Proposal d. Unless the Offeror states otherwise, the City reserves the right to award by individual line item, by group of line items, or as a total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. If the Offeror's offer is an "all or nothing" offer, it must be so indicated on the offer sheet.
