The City of Fort Morgan seeks expressions of interest and qualifications for an annual contract to provide Geotechnical Engineering Services that may include but not be limited to site investigations, subsurface exploration, materials testing, pavement and foundation design, inspections or other related services required for design and construction of various civil engineering projects. Question Deadline 04/03/2025 at 9:00 AM MT All questions regarding this bid should go to Tom Acre in writing and can be e-mailed to: tom.acre@cityoffortmorgan.com. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidders to contact Tom Acre at (970) 370-6560 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. The City intends to create a roster of experienced and qualified Contractors willing to contract with the City of Fort Morgan on an as-needed basis and to establish in advance compensation of such services. The contract shall commence on the date of award by the City and shall remain in effect for three (3) years, subject to annual appropriations by City Council. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
