Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The following projects generally consist of 5,435' full width asphalt removal (~3" to 7" deep), 30,130 SY new street grade & install, installation of Portland Cement subgrade stabilization and installation of HBP on: Project A - 600 blk. Grant Street/Simpson Street: Platte Avenue to Riverview Avenue Project B - East 6th Avenue: Lincoln Street to Sherman Street Project C - Bijou Avenue: Prospect Street to Sherman Street Projects A & B, are anticipated to have some element of utility repair, upgrade or replacements prior to the paving or surface treatment projects proceeding. Project A & C are located by schools and will have a deadline to be paved before the school year begins, unless authorized by the City Project Representative. Concrete sidewalk and/or curb and gutter work associated with all of these projects is being contracted separately, unless otherwise noted, and is not included in this work.
