The City of Fort Morgan will select a contract firm to provide Chief Building Official, Building Inspection Services. The work is anticipated to include permit and plan review, building code consultation and building inspection. Any proposals received as a result of this request are prepared at the Respondent's expense and become the property of the City of Fort Morgan and therefore, public record. Opening Date: The opening will not be a public opening as it will be subject to staff review of billing rates, schedule, options, qualifications, and possible interviews. No Pre Bid Meeting. Proposals must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Proposals properly received will be accepted. Miscellaneous: The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program.
