The project includes but is not limited to striping various County Roads in paint. All questions must be e-mailed or mailed by 12:00 P.M. on April 11, 2025, by either email: roberto.delatorrereal@countyofnapa.org or mail: Roberto De La Torre Real at Napa County Public Works, 1195 Third St. Room 101, Napa, CA 94559. Bids are required for the entire work called for by the Plans and Specifications, and neither partial nor contingent bids will be considered. Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. There will be no County-led pre-bid site visit. However, contractors shall view site conditions on their own prior to submitting a bid. Contractor shall submit the site visit affidavit verifying that they reviewed site conditions as part of their bid proposal. See Proposal pages P-9 and P-10. A bidder's list will be maintained to assist the County in tracking proposals from interested contractors for this project. Inclusion on the list is not required to submit a bid; to be placed on the bidder's list, contact Roberto De La Torre Real (roberto.delatorrereal@countyofnapa.org) with the following: 1. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" or "C-32" license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
