2025 Bituminous Chip Sealing Principal Items ofWork: Alternate #1 770 Tons ofAggregate 1 as specified in Materials section 118 Tons ofemulsified asphalt as specified in Materials section Alternate #2 640 Tons ofAggregate 2 as specified in Materials section 118 Tons ofemulsified asphalt as specified in Materials section Construction Method: Delivery and application of CRS-1HP emulsified asphalt and of specified chip aggregate (to be determined) at specified locations. No Bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 30 days following the opening of Bids. The character and amount of security to be furnished by each Bidder is stated in the above mentioned Contract Documents. Working Days, the Proposed Start Date, and Bid Amount will all be considered in awarding of the Bid. The Riley County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities in considering Bids and to accept the Bid which, in the Board's opinion, is in the best interest of Riley County.
