**As of June 4, 2025, the project was awarded to Everon, with an awarded amount of $96,888.06.** Provide labor and material to upgrade the current IP camera system with a Milestone video management system and Axis cameras federated to the RCIT Milestone server. Project includes the following items; - - - - - - - - Remove the existing IP camera servers from the telecommunications room and place them in the storage area. Provide, install and commission (1) BCDVideo server. Provide Milestone software and associated licensing. Provide Boring Lab licensing for all cameras. Remove and replace the existing (16) IP cameras with (16) new Axis IP cameras. Provide, install and program (1) new exterior Axis IP camera. Provide and install Infrastructure cabling for the new Milestone Video Management System and cameras. To install (1) ups battery pack to the existing APC 3000 UPS's in TR1B, TR1C, TR1D and TR2A. Total of 4 battery packs. Note: All work must adhere to all Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) specifications and standards. It is the contractor's responsibility to insure all labor and material is provided to deliver a complete, fully functional system that complies with all applicable codes, RCIT and industry standards/best practices is accounted for in their cost proposal. The following is not intended to be a complete material list, but a clarification on certain items specified within the scope of work. The contractor shall provide safety equipment to each employee to be used as appropriate or required for the work. (e.g., eye protection, sound suppressors, hard hats, gloves, respirators, etc., as required).
