Question Deadline 04/09/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide a five (5) year comprehensive maintenance service program for the gas compressors at the Riverside Energy Resource Center power plant ("Service") located at 5901 Payton Street, Riverside, CA 92504. This facility utilizes six (6) Cooper RAM gas compressors which play a crucial role in the operation of four (4) GE LM6000 gas turbine engines. There are three (3) gas compressors for units 1 and 2 that have been in service since 2005 and the other three (3) gas compressors for units 3 and 4 have been in service since 2010. This equipment requires regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. The prospective bidder should propose a comprehensive, 5-year, maintenance program that includes, at a minimum, the scope of services outlined in Exhibit A utilizing industry and OEM standards.
