The work shall include the furnishing and installing of the civil infrastructure required for a complete Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) concrete encased duct bank system. This Work shall include but is not limited to providing at a minimum: obtaining applicable local, state and federal construction permits and furnishing and installing the duct bank: all conducts, concrete and structures for a complete, operable 69-kV transmission system. Contractor shall provide miscellaneous materials, equipment and services to complete the installation as specified herein and in accordance with the Riverside Public Utility (RPU or City) Contract Documents. The Work Scope includes all associated Work items and material required to perform the major Work items mentioned in City of Riverside, Riverside Transmission Reliability Project, Underground Civil Specifications in a first class professional manner.
