Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 2:00 PM PT As per Addendum 1, changed from (04/18/2025) Any questions pertaining to this Request for Bids shall be submitted through electronically. Scope of Project. Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove the existing roofing systems and dispose of in a legal manner and install the specified roofing system at three (3) buildings at the City of Riverside Airport in accordance to the attached specifications. The three buildings are the Main Terminal Building, the Waypoint Aviation West building and Hangar E. The selected bidder shall also obtain any required permits from other City Departments and/or other agencies as may be required by law as part of the project scope. The City will pay City permit fees, (if any). All work must be completed within Ninety (90) calendar days after the Date of Commencement established in the City's initial Notice to Proceed. Once all permits are issued, the bidder will be responsible for providing all materials and labor to fully complete the project in accordance with the approved and permitted plans and specifications. Bidder will be responsible for all phases of construction including but not limited to, demolition, and HVAC lifting and re-setting. NOTE: The scope of work will take place in and around a fully operational Airport. The performance of the proposed work cannot impede on the daily activities of the Airport. Full coordination with Airport personnel is a requirement. NOTE: The possibility exists that other construction work may be taking place on the building at the same time as this scope. Full coordination with other contractors conducting work is a requirement. In addition to the drawings and specifications the following is a list* of the minimum services that will be provided prior to, and during construction at no additional cost to the City. (*This list does not necessarily represent a complete list of expected services. It is as stated, the minimum required services.) Provide construction schedule. Attendance at weekly on-site meetings to review construction progress. Provide product submittals for City review and approval if required. Provide daily project reports and job logs during construction. Maintain on-site supervision during all phases of construction. Provide all needed temporary services such as rolloff services, storage containers, temporary power, and temporary restrooms. Provide close out information at the completion of the project to include but not limited to all manuals, asbuilt drawings, information, specifications and warranties on products incorporated into the project.
