Cable end to end gas flow, pressure testing and Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) testing, cable rejuvenation treatment and training shall also be designated Specialty Work to be performed by Novinium Inc. or cable rejuvenation technicians certified by Novinium with a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing cable rejuvenation on electric utility medium voltage cables.
