Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the seal coat and runway/taxiway marking of Runway 10-28 at Carlisle Airport. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Location online portal. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The contract is subject to the following: the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition; requirement of a noncollusion affidavit; the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. It is anticipated that the contract cost will exceed $25,000 and subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. South Middleton Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
