**As of June 18, 2025, the project was awarded to Terrace Construction Co., with an awarded amount of $1,801,729.99.** Scope of Work: The project consists of replacing approximately 1,800 ft of main sewer on Jo Ann Dr between Invermere Avenue and Glendale Avenue, and on Glendale Avenue between Jo Ann Dr and East 189 Street. CSB Contract Participation In an effort to promote the participation of Cleveland-area Small Businesses (CSBs) in City contracts, each Contracting Department of the City will use its best efforts to contract with CSB Bidders and Proposers, and Bidders and Proposers that have committed to subcontracting with certified CSBs. Where other, project-specific goals have not been set in the bid or proposal documents, the standard CSB subcontractor participation goals are: Construction Contracts: 30% CSB Subcontractor Participation Professional Services Contracts: 10% CSB Subcontractor Participation All Other Contracts: 20% CSB Subcontractor Participation
