Please mark bids with “2025 Material Bid” Contract proof of insurance for road materials and seal coat must be included. The Town of Stark reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contracts to the bidder, who in the opinion of the Town Board, will be the most advantageous for the Town of Stark. The Town of Stark reserves the right to reject any or all bids that don’t follow the above criteria. Any bid not following the application will be rejected.
