2025 Paving Project 1 (prevailing wage applies): 1,584 TONS Superpave 19mm 3.0" Depth. Bids must be accompanied by a 10% certified check or bid bond, made payable to the municipality. Performance and payment bonds of 100% are required by successful bidder within 20 days of contract award. The successfill bidder for 2025 Paving Project 1 will be required to comply with PA prevailing wages. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid project review. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
