Magnolia Bridge Rehabilitation Project Description: Each contract requires a comprehensive engineering team capable of delivering a complete design, including 30%, 60%, 90%, & 100% PS&E package, all applicable NEPA/SEPA permits, and any ROW needs to be ready at the time of advertisement for construction for major rehabilitation of the Magnolia Bridge and/or Ballard Bridge. This team will work with SDOT's delivery team, led by SDOT's project manager. Magnolia Bridge Rehabilitation (24-052QP): $2.5M - $2.7M Question Deadline 04/14/2025 at 4:00 PM PT The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to inspection verification, preliminary design, rehabilitation alternatives and cost estimates, final design drawings and technical specifications, bid package and contractor selection recommendation, NEPA/SEPA permits, ROW acquisition, over-water work, communication and stakeholder coordination. The scope of work may be amended to include Engineering support during construction (e.g., RFI and submittal responses, site visit reports, testing results) and as-builts as a future phase. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
