The Town of Yarmouth, as the Awarding Authority, is inviting interested parties to submit sealed written bids for cleaning services for Town of Yarmouth various buildings Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled: CLEANING SERVICES The contract being offered is for a duration of one year, from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026, with two additional one-year options available at the sole discretion of the Town. The estimated value should not exceed $100,000.00 per year, bringing the total potential contract value to $300,000.00 The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality contained therein and to award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws. This project is procured using M.G.L. c30B as amended.
