Site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in W Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.

Contract: C & D Transfer Station Improvements. The Project will have the Yarmouth Transfer Station open during construction. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of the existing push wall, re-grading and planting the slope behind the push wall, re-setting existing concrete blocks along top of slope retaining wall, repair of the existing concrete tipping slab, installation of sheet piling and flowable fill along approximately 69-feet of existing retaining wall to reinforce wall, installation of Jersey barriers, pavement striping and signage, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work must be completed on the push wall within 8 days of starting push wall. Note the facility will remain open during construction as much as possible Sealed written bids will be received for the work described. A Mandatory Site visit will take place at the construction site location. Specifications may be obtained at the Office of Department of Public Works or on the Town of Yarmouth website. Bids must be marked clearly as "C & D Transfer Station Improvements." The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to make the award as may be determined in the best interest of the Town.
