**As of February 27, 2026, the project was awarded to Dandel Construction, Inc, with an awarded amount of $248,246.50.** 1. Mobilization and provision of controls as necessary to ensure public safety and facilitate construction. 2. Survey and stake the limit of disturbance and provide and install erosion controls (Silt Sock/SED) as shown on the Contract Drawings. 3. Demolition and disposal of existing unclassified material, including concrete, curbing, existing split rail fence sections, and all existing plantings and mulch, utilizing saw cutting as needed. 4. Remove and dispose of existing septic system components and install a new septic tank and D-Box in accordance with the BSC Septic System Tank Upgrade Plan. 5. Install new drainage systems, including 4", 6", and 8" solid and perforated HDPE pipe, trench drains, downspout connections, and structures. 6. Install concrete pads (Pattern A and Pattern B). Pattern A requires 'Aspen Blue Stone Large Ashlar, V-GROOVE' finish and "Steel Blue" color. Pattern B requires a light broom finish and "Silver Diamond" color. 7. Install unit paver seat walls utilizing UMBRIANO Coping and U-Cara Fascia Panel. 8. Install electrical utilities, conduits, light drivers, and standard hand holes. 9. Install night lighting and controls, including LED light strips. 10. Install clock tower and control. 11. Install beach pebbles (3"- 4" Tan Beach Pebble Stone) using aluminum edging. 12. Perform bituminous concrete pavement cutting and repair. 13. Install new landscape plantings (e.g., Cotoneaster dammeri 'Coral Beauty' and Hydrangea paniculata 'SMHPFL') in planting beds with 18" of growing media and 3" of Owner-approved mulch. 14. Install loam and sod and install a spray irrigation system, coordinated with the Owner. 15. Demobilize and conduct final cleanup, including the removal of all remaining erosion and sediment control devices and any remaining sediment. The work includes patio reconstruction and associated site improvements as shown in the Plans and Specifications. Bidders must submit sealed bids, and a bid deposit equal to 5% of the Bid Price is required. The bidding and award of the contract will be in accordance with M.G.L. c.30,39M. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities if it is in the Town's best interest. Questions deadline: 1/23/26 at 12:00 PM.
