**As of May 29,2025 the project was awarded to Bedard Controls Inc., with an awarded amount of $43,700.** City Hall Metasys System Upgrade The City of Porterville, (hereinafter "City") is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from companies or individuals that are qualified, licensed contractors to supply and install new building automation and temperature monitoring controls to upgrade the existing Metasys Direct Digital Control System already installed at the City of Porterville's City Hall, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP, and any other term(s) and condition(s) in any contract subsequently awarded. The City intends to select one (1) qualified applicant to provide the full scope of this project for the City of Porterville. This document identifies the general scope and procedures in this process. Responding applicants must have relevant experience and the ability to provide the requisite professional services.
