ANNUAL SERVICES CONTRACT 2019-24 W.O. NO. 2024-5-10 DA NO. 21018 The school will be open for inspection daily Monday through Thursday, March 24, 2025, through April 22, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00pm. Contractors must sign in and obtain a visitor pass prior to any interior or exterior building or site review. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Bid Security: A bidder's bond or certified check will be required in the amount of not less than five percent of the Base Bid. The bid bond shall be executed on AIA Document A310, or in the same form, and for a period of not less than 60 days after the bid opening date. Bond or check shall be payable to the School Board of the City of Virginia Beach. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. Unless canceled or rejected, a responsive bid from the lowest responsible bidder shall be accepted as submitted, except that if the bid from the lowest responsible bidder exceeds available funds, the Owner may negotiate with the apparent low bidder to obtain a contract price within available funds, as authorized by Section 2.2-4318 of the Code of Virginia.
