Renovation of a civil project in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project or Work consists of replacement of an existing pump station including elevated above-grade control and generator rooms at elevation 11 with additional protection to elevation 16, below-grade wet and dry wells, relocated platform for emergency generator to elevation 15, approximately 75 linear feet of influent gravity sewer and approximately 300 linear feet of new force main from the pump station to the existing on-site interceptor force main. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low Bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline: 04/18/2025 Administrative questionsshall be addressed to Tricia Hartman, Contract Specialist, via email to thartman@hrsd.com. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents through Owner's Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion.
