Statement of Interest o Briefly outline your interest in the redevelopment of the Compton Par 3 Golf Course site. o Describe how your experience and capabilities align with the City's objectives. o Indicate whether your proposal includes maintaining the site as a golf course or repurposing it for another use. 2. Development Vision & Experience o Provide an overview of your organization's background, specialization, and relevant experience. o Highlight up to three past development projects, particularly those involving municipal land or community-driven initiatives. o Detail your approach to sustainable and economically viable land use. 3. Municipal Engagement & Community Impact o Describe past interactions with municipal governments and community stakeholders. o Outline how your proposed development will align with local economic and social goals. 4. Conceptual Development Plan o Summarize your preliminary vision for the site, including intended land use, scale, and key components. o Provide a high-level feasibility assessment, including potential funding sources and investment strategy. 5. Compliance & Financial Capacity o Confirm your ability to meet the City's regulatory requirements and development standards. o Outline financial capabilities and potential funding strategies to support the proposed project. The City of Compton ("City") is seeking Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified entities interested in the redevelopment of the Compton Par 3 Golf Course. The site, located at 6400 East Compton Boulevard, presents a unique opportunity for innovative land use that aligns with community needs and economic growth.
