HVAC Maintenance and Repair - Imperial Wildlife Area - Rebid #3 Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary for bi-annual inspection, maintenance, and servicing eleven (11) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely. Small Business Preference Section 14835 et seq. Of the California Government Code requires that a five (5) percent preference be given to bidders who qualify as a small business.
