Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buncombe, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Base Bid: Provide all materials and labor to remove unit heaters and portions of hot water circulation system, including all appurtenances and replace with new unit heaters with connection to existing hot water circulation system, remove existing exhaust in restrooms and install new DSHP systems and exhaust systems as shown on drawings. patching and painting commensurate with project scope. 2.
